So. Yeah. Classes. Same ol' same ol'.

It figures that I'd actually come to really love being back on campus on my last semester here.

First weekend back in Normal, and I went to watch some music performances (definitely NOT the Backstreet Boys), the Sweet Corn Blues Festival, and general hanging-out-ness. Besides getting a brutal head cold and being disgustingly drippy-faced, it was a fun time.

Of all the landscaping/gardening decisions ISU has ever made, I love this one the best:

Dang it, I didn't get a picture of the full plot. Well, these vibrantly colorful peppers are everywhere, and they're gorgeous. I. love. that. purple.

Enjoy ISU...I miss it there. It's hard to believe I won't really be going back, especially when everyone I know is gone from there.

YAY, CORN AND SPRINKLES! Thanks for having me and Sarah over for the festival and a movie, it was tons of fun!

Of course, how could it not be fun with K&, D7, the Swab, and of course ME all there. Poor Brian, stuck with four girls, lol.

@yippit - I'm really glad that you guys (gals) could come! BTW, I talked to Ben today, and told him that you guys shared the story about "Suds of Carnage." He said that one of YOU two said it. Who am I supposed to believe? :fun:

@yippit - Yay Tolkien! I've tried doing a Lord of the Rings marathon once before - it wasn't too successful (I was distracted by a lace crochet project, as lame as that sounds). Maybe I need someone crazy like you to keep me on track. :wink:
